ERP Additions

The screens your ERP system does not have.

One program that sits beside SAP Business One or Microsoft Dynamics NAV and shows your people what they need to see: the order book, the finances, the warehouse, the shop floor. Each screen is a Feature, and you take the ones you want.

Your ERP system is left alone

An ERP system that has been altered is hard to upgrade and hard to support. So we do not alter it.

  • The program reads your ERP data and cannot write to it.
  • Anything we add, such as notes, photographs or settings, lives in a separate database beside it.
  • Every figure is worked out when the screen is opened, from the documents themselves. There is no overnight job to fall behind.
  • Each report states the rule it follows, in plain words, on the screen.

A drawing of the kind of screen we build. Every figure is invented.

What it covers

Features are laid out by department, so each person opens the program to the part that is theirs.

Sales

The order book and how it moved: what was won, what was delivered, what was cancelled. Win rate, on-time delivery, and a director's page for the day.

Finance

Profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow and a cash flow forecast, aged debtors and creditors, bank balances in each currency.

Warehouse

Goods in and out against the order, with photographs and material certificates stored against the line they belong to and kept exactly as taken.

Manufacturing

What is in production, what it is waiting for, and how long each stage took, from the records the ERP system already holds.

Warnings

Your own process rules, checked continuously: an order with no delivery date, a price below cost, a document somebody forgot to close.

Something of your own

Where your business does something no one else does, we build a Feature for it, and only you have it.

How it reaches your people
